Although it isn’t the cleanest the quietest you get what you pay for. A bedroom and a bathroom. It is close to the metro. Great stay for a weekend in Paris. The staff come in and clean up a bit when your out and about. The area is not the best. The comments are really trashing this place but for the price it’s the best your gonna get. We didn’t see any bugs
